Fresh cooked green beans, local ripe tomatoes of your choice, onion. From the non-local grocery aisle (unless you live in Greece), kalamata olives and feta cheese. A pinch of black pepper, salt, and fresh or dried oregano. A splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar if you wish. Pairs equally well with fresh baked chewy sourdough, soft whole wheat rolls smeared with butter, or homemade pita chips and hummus. Complete the meal with more garden goodness. (Wink, wink.)
